Fine Art Ceramics
Dental Laboratory
For many years this patient had lost her confidence to smile, it was then decided to produce a 6 unit cosmetic restoration of the upper arch, which consisted of 4 porcelain veneers and 2 all ceramic crowns.
As you can see her letter to the team involved says it all:
Dear Dr Campbell & Fine Art Ceramics
Just a quick note to say thank you for bringing the smile back to my face after so many years! From the first consultation to the end result both you and your team have made me feel welcome and you understood what I wanted to achieve, you made the whole experience as painless and enjoyable as a 3 hour drilling session could possibly be.
They say as you get older you grow in confidence but in my case because of my awful smile, I felt I had lost mine! You have given me back my confidence; I smile more and have started to enjoy talking to people again without covering my mouth.
So one again a big thank you for all your help, advice, time and personal attention you have given me, I could not have wished for a better result.
Patient of Mr Campbell of Campbell & Murray, Coventry
Why should you use Fine Art Ceramics?
Dear Paul & Ian I am just writing to say how much I enjoyed the recent Gateway presentation I gave for Straumann UK at your laboratory. The laboratory is probably the cleanest I have ever seen and both your technical and lecture facilities are second to none. The evening was well attended by 40 less experienced colleagues who are keen to perhaps start either restoring implants with crowns or indeed to start placing very early simple cases themselves. There was a mixed spectrum of ability in the room and I think everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was nice to have a pedestal to show off some of my work and I think that my colleagues were suitably impressed, especially with the CT scans we managed to show at the end of the presentation. I would like to thank yourselves and your staff and Straumann UK, especially Heidi O`Carroll. It was the first time I had presented a seminar in a dental laboratory – I would be more than happy to speak about other aspects of implants on a separate occasion. Very kind regards. Yours sincerely, Dr Graham Murray BDS Dental Surgeon
